You can't walk around in these for more than an hour without having very tired feet. I also don't think the insole is removable, so I can't put inserts under the insole. [...] Also, the back of mine slouched a bit when I was wearing them all day and a seam behind the heel rubbed the back of my heel, which formed a blister. I don't feel it rubbing anymore, though

I just want you to know how much I love your company! I always find I'm looking for (of course, most of the time!), But you always Yun-long care. I have always required standard shipping, but I got an e-mail said to me at any price, has been upgraded! I do not know who the other people have such a great service. My email crashed due to a power surge here in town, somebody is digging up the street down the block from me. Anyway - HOW DO YOU DO IT??? This level of service is unheard of today. I'm so impressed. I have a small e-commerce company and build custom electric guitars and basses, do repairs and mods for local guys, and sell imports on a very small scale. I have owned a worldwide mail order motorcycle parts and accessory company in the 90s. I currently work for a large aircraft company that is the model of bad middle management. My experience with your company today is really a bright spot in my business day. Please pass my thanks along to your crew and take a minute to pat yourself on the back.
