let it air dry and then used brush to brush the suede back to normal. I done that numerous times and looks like new afterwards. It's also a good idea to order extra inside sheepskin soles in case you feel like you need to have more cushion as you wear the regular sole down. I've been wearing Uggs for more than 7 years still wearing my first pair too!"

i use my uggs all the time.when my feet hurt i'll put them on.i currently have the tall dark brown ones.i'm getting a second pair for my b-day.the thing that annoys me is that when you wash them,they take a while to dry,and once they're dry they'll temporarily feel moist.i highly reccomend them

i know you must get hundreds of emails like this a day, but I continue to be blown away by your excellent customer service. Not only is your shipping AMAZINGLY fast, but your policies for exchanges and returns make shopping easier than going to stores.
