Wow! I don't think I've ever received such expert and thorough customer service - especially from such a big company. Thank you so much for all of your efforts on my behalf. I really appreciate it. And I also want to apologize, because I did go through paperwork and discovered that I had in fact purchased the shoes elsewhere.
